Who We Are

United Hand in Hand was born out of a deep commitment to supporting our community during times of crisis. We believe in the potential for recovery and growth in every individual. Our Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) serves as a critical bridge for those facing severe psychiatric or substance-related challenges, providing a safe and nurturing environment for recovery.

Our Mission

At United Hand in Hand, LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises. Founded in September 2022 by mental health professionals Jerron Dennis and Kayanna Charity, we are dedicated to offering short-term residential support to help our clients stabilize, heal, and transition to a healthier future.

Our Team & our Purpose

Our team consists of experienced mental health professionals, including psychiatric prescribers, nurses, residential aides, and peer support staff. Each member is committed to providing individualized care tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

Our primary goal is to stabilize immediate crises, prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization, and facilitate smooth transitions to less intensive levels of care. We aim to empower our residents by connecting them with community resources and support systems, fostering long-term recovery and well-being.
